All USA TwigSoap orders are shipped by ground service VIA Priority U.S. Mail. All orders are shipped during our business hours within 3 business days of order processing.  If you need expedited service, please contact contact us for help. Special quotes can be given for expedited delivery. We want to help!

You can request to have an e-mail sent to you that says when we expect to ship your order. In many cases, It takes less than two business days to process and ship out orders.

Shipping Costs:
For orders from $0.01 to $50.00, the shipping cost is $5.99
from $50.01 to $100.00 : $7.99
from $100.01 to $150.00 : $10.99
from $150.01 to $200.00 : $13.99
from $200.01 and up : $15.00

International Orders

We will gladly ship our wonderful products over seas. At this time, international shipping rates must be quoted on an individual basis.  Please contact us for shipping price quotes.

Backorders

We make every attempt to maintain inventory stock levels so that we don't have backorders. In the event of a back order, you will receive a 10% discount code for your next order. You can cancel your back order at any time before it is shipped. All backorders are shipped as paid shipping via ground service.
